trutap

Hey... Dunno if you guys know about this one: if someone, from example Yahoo, sends a message while one is offline, then one opens trutap, and the person who sent the message is offline, one will get the buzz that there's a new IM message but when one goes into the IM window, one can only see a blinking square and cannot get to the message...

Hope you can follow what I mean... LOL...

hi me and my friend were just installed trutap in our mobile,but when we logged in to yahoo.it is showing no one is available online to chat? though v r in online at the same time..y this so? please help me...we want to chat thro yahoo .help to ged rid of this

It's great to hear you want to use trutap so i'm sorry to hear you are having problems. Yahoo can be troublesome sometime, often due to the size of the buddies list that you have, but there are a couple of other issues we know about. We've got some users testing a new system now and they are seeing a huge difference. We could get you both on to that (you don't need to get a new application), please send me your friend's username.

Until then though, the best thing i can suggest is to make sure when this occurs that you've signed out of Yahoo using the left soft key, wait a minute or so, and then sign back in. Hopefully your buddy list will come down when you sign back in.
