Hello,

I have tried to verify my mobile number for three times (the first was almost 24 hours ago). I did not receive any SMS text message on my mobile. The mobile number is correct, but no message.

My number is from Portugal, (the mobile company is TMN).

Hi pureananda,

We apologize for inconvienence. Our developers are looking into this issue and we hope to address this fix as soon as we can. Please download and install the Trutap application from wap site (m.trutap.com) and sign up as a new user.

After you have completed the sign-up process, Please login on our website (www.trutap.com) with your login credentials and follow the following steps:

1. Click on Profile link.
2. Click on Account tab.
3. Click on verify now links under your contact details (mobile number).

You will receive the SMS with the code and simply enter the code and you are sucessfully verified. If you have any problems give us a big shout.

and it says installation of trutap.jar not supported too

You should be able to download the trutap directly from m.trutap.com from your phone browser, Please refer to my previous posting for step by step processes. You can check out the list of devices we support at http://trutap.com/help/index/devices. Should you need further assistance, please drop email to support at trutap.com

but still haven't got the verify SMS as yet

Ive verified my email ok but having probs with the sms as well. Im at&t customer in US. Im not recving any international sms from asia over a month now. Dont know if this is related. Any help would b appeciated.

Receiving International SMS from Asia is not related to the Trutap application. You will need to contact your Network Provider regarding this issue.
