trutap

I recently downloaded Trutap onto my mobile phone, and am impressed the program as a whole. The only problem, however, is an unstable connection. I'm using a Nokia 6233, and belong to the South African(I live in SA) mobile network MTN. Whenever I log into Trutap, I am taken to the main menu screen, but after about a minute or less, the connection is lost I am shown as offline, unable to interact with the program or users. I have tried reconnecting via the settings, but this simply freezes the program as it keeps trying to connect but doesn't succeed. I have full 3G and EDGE access, and use other IMs off of my phone.
Have any idea what's wrong?

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 6233, but found that if I just left it to connect on it's own the phone did connect after a minute or so. Hope this helps you out!
